Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
1.develop a basic understanding of the hospitality industry; and to describe and discuss the various functions of the hospitality industry.
2.understand the management components and strategies of the hospitality industry; and to apply management knowledge and strategies into in the hospitality industry to solve the management problems.
3.conduct an internship or industry practical training in a chosen segments of hospitality industry
4.conduct field studies for different segments of the hospitality industry.
